Spare Engineering operational staff has different but complementary experiences, where the majority of such skills are well within the application area of field instrumentation and industrial control systems, both aimed to process control, measurement, regulation and automation pourposes.

Past PLC's and Control Systems programming experiences, development of synoptic panels and alarm panels, definition of monitoring screen pages over PC platforms, as also the almost daily verification of proper signals interfacing and exchange between field intelligent units and remote control rooms, allow us to have a clear vision of the architecture and typical requirements of the acquisition side.

On the field side, we believe to own enough knowledges to face almost the whole range of field equipment normally used in the industrial process plants (e.g. actuated valves, pneumatic and hydraulic panels, transmitters, local indicators, etc.), including the special or particular items (e.g. sand detectors, water cut meters, etc.), or those definitely composite like, for example, the separation based multiphase flowmeters, LACT with prover systems, etc.  Plant packages evaluation under the instrumental aspects, is another task that can be faced by our human resources.

Cause and Effects produced together with the Process discipline, active contribution to Hazop sessions, ESD defence strategies and techniques knowledges, field fire protection systems (e.g. fusible plug loops, etc.) and F&G system experiences, would almost complete our profile.  

Several years of experiences spent in the area of proper sizing and technical definition of required instrumental solutions (sometimes procured on a global basis, some other withstanding to a complete customization process with the required technical coordination between Client's requirements and the manufacturer capabilities, including, where required, the effective procurement of the equipment), are some of our further skills.

Repeated contruction site activities performed over the field optimization and consequent commissioning of control systems, as also for the majority of instrumental equipment, complete our wealth of experiences that characterize our company.
