What makes us very competitive, ensuring the ultimate economy of our costs, is the possibility to perform the entrusted activities within our offices, located in the province of Pavia (90 km or 56 miles far from Milan), where, moreover, we can get qualified local human resources, certainly more accessible than others most popular (typical of big towns), outsorcing services suppliers.

Our head office is equipped with all necessary for the proper development of entrusted activities, where we believe we almost have the same computer facilities (both as hardware platforms, peripherals, and most used softwares), also used in your offices.

Despite this apparent decentralization, we in effect will act like a sort of your remote office, that thanking the new information technologies, will offer you the real feeling of working with us like being in your own site building, as it would "colleagues working at the lower floor".

The possibility of live interact by mean of the telephone at any time, the use of electronic mail service (transmission of documents, sketches, preliminary layouts, drawings, technical specifications, data sheets, etc.) and the progressive diffusion of means like teleconferencing, are things real and now well known to most of us all.

First emission of documents assigned to Spare Engineerings will be prepared with total compliance to Client's internal standards, formats and agreed modalities; such templates may be made available to us by a suitable support (e.g. USB, DVD, CD Rom, floppy disk, or simply by e-mail). Documents can be in english or italian (the french language is a possible further option, but it will slow us a little bit)

For the further documents emissions, we will incorporate the interdisciplinary or the Client's comments and any correction mark-up, or the last "as built" finalization, such information may be made available to us as PDF documents, text or image files (attached to any e-mail), or, for the minimal entities, these can be sent to us by a fax transmission.

For the technical evaluation sessions and in accordance with Client's requirements, where it may be deemed cost effective for all parties, we can also interface directly with related suppliers (domestic or foreign), of the equipment implied by the technical evaluation (or by any other assigned technical document to be developed), by the verification of all application aspects and project requirements, thereby speeding up the total compliance verification of any supply.
